Brad Sandstrom, a native of Big Bear Lake, has recently returned from New York City to be closer to family and the community in which he grew up. His father, Bill Sandstrom started vacationing to Big Bear in 1944, and worked at Pedersen’s Saw Mill as a teenager. Bill and his wife Sidney became full time residents in the early 1970’s to raise their family here; Brad was the youngest of their 6 children.
Over the past few years Brad has toured around the country working on various productions by Walt Disney Entertainment, Dreamworks, and Jersey Shore Productions, and spearheading his own singer/songwriter shows as Brother Brad. Although he loves to perform dancing is not his preference. Being involved with Dancing for the Lake has given him a chance to dust off those dancing shoes and contribute to the beautiful community in which he was fortunate enough to be raised. Brad would like to thank his peers for getting him involved, and Alyssa for the challenge. This show is dedicated to the memory of his father, who passed away last month.
